At Solyra Lifesciences, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains when cancellations, returns and refunds may be accepted.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Returns

Due to the nature of wellness and nutraceutical products, opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless required by applicable law.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery along with photographs of the product and packaging.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider or bank.
